1) Acceptance of Terms

By using the VIP50 website, registering for any VIP50 training, or purchasing coaching, consultations, or other services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services or register for any VIP50 offerings.

2) Services Overview

VIP50 provides real estate education, coaching, and related services. Our offerings may include (but are not limited to):

  • Free real estate training sessions (in-person and online), typically one-day training from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Paid monthly coaching program subscription ($599/month, or current pricing shown at checkout)
  • Consultation and strategy calls
  • Ambassador (referral/affiliate) program

3) Training Registration & Attendance

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering for a training or event.
  • Training dates, times, online access links, and locations may change. We will try to notify attendees when changes occur.
  • VIP50 is not responsible for missed sessions due to attendee absence, late arrival, or failure to check messages/updates.
  • Seating and availability may be limited. Registration does not guarantee a seat until confirmed by VIP50 (when applicable).

4) Payments & Subscription Terms

  • The VIP50 coaching program is billed at $599/month (or the current price displayed at the time of purchase).
  • Subscriptions are recurring and will continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at sign-up or in your account/billing portal (if available).
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating payment information and canceling when desired.
  • VIP50 does not guarantee any income, commissions, transactions, leads, or results.

5) Refund Policy

  • All sales may be final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
  • If a refund is offered, it may be handled at VIP50’s discretion and may be subject to eligibility requirements.
  • For billing questions or issues, please contact support as soon as possible.

6) No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer

VIP50 provides education, tools, and strategies. We do not promise or guarantee results.

  • Your success depends on your effort, consistency, skill level, and execution.
  • Real estate results also depend on market conditions, pricing, inventory, competition, and other factors outside of VIP50’s control.
  • Any examples or testimonials (if shared) are not guarantees and may not reflect typical outcomes.

7) User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when registering, purchasing, or communicating with VIP50.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access areas of our systems you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not share, copy, resell, or distribute VIP50 program materials without written permission.

8) Ambassador / Referral Program

  • Eligible users may participate in the VIP50 Ambassador/referral program if offered and approved.
  • Commissions (if any) are only earned on valid, completed sales that meet program rules and are not refunded or reversed.
  • VIP50 may adjust, withhold, or revoke commissions if there is suspected fraud, misuse, policy violation, or disputed transactions.

9) Intellectual Property

All VIP50 content and materials—including training content, videos, documents, templates, systems, and branding—are owned by VIP50 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from VIP50 materials without written permission.
  • Access to VIP50 materials may be limited to the individual purchaser/registered attendee unless otherwise stated.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VIP50 will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of our website, training, coaching, consultations, or materials.

  • Business losses or lost profits
  • Missed opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions

11) Third-Party Tools & Platforms

VIP50 may use third-party tools and platforms to deliver services or process payments (such as CRM systems, email/SMS providers, video platforms, scheduling tools, and payment processors).

  • VIP50 is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or service interruptions.
  • Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

12) Changes to Services or Terms

VIP50 may update or change training schedules, pricing, program features, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

If you continue to use VIP50 services after changes are posted or communicated, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
